株式会社パソナ（以下「当社」といいます）は、兵庫県より受託した外国人向けひょうごの企業魅力発信フェア 運営事業（以下「当事業」といいます）を実施するにあたり、個人情報を以下のように取り扱います。

1.利用目的について
当社が当事業において取得した個人情報は、以下の目的のために利用します。

1） 当事業で実施する企業魅力発信フェア（以下「企業魅力発信フェア」といいます。）の参加受付および参加時の対応、参加後のフォローアップ等お申込み頂いたサービス提供
2） 当事業に関する連絡・案内等
3） 各種問い合わせの受付・対応・管理等
4） 次の「2.第三者への提供」に記載する個人情報の提供
なお、上記以外の目的で利用する場合には、事前にその目的を通知し、ご本人の同意を頂くものとします。

2.第三者への提供について
ご提供頂きました個人情報は以下の通り第三者に提供することがあります。
① 本事業の委託元である兵庫県に提供します。
１） 提供の目的：当社の本事業の運営及び本事業に係る成果・実績等の報告のため、兵庫県による本事業その他の本事業に関連する事項の案内、兵庫県による本事業に係る統計の作成のため。
２） 提供の手段又は方法：電子メール又は書面
３） 提供する個人情報の項目：氏名、住所、その他、提供の目的の達成に必要な提供いただいた項目
４） 提供を受ける者の組織の種類及び属性：本事業の委託元
５） 個人情報の取り扱いに関する契約：有

② 企業魅力発信フェアへ出展する企業（以下「出展企業」といいます）に提供します。
１） 提供の目的：出展企業による自社のインターンシップ開催情報や求人応募方法等のご案内のため。
２） 提供の手段又は方法：当社システム等の電磁的方法により提供
３） 提供する個人情報の項目：氏名、住所、その他、提供の目的の達成に必要な提供いただいた項目
４） 提供を受ける者の組織の種類及び属性：企業魅力発信フェアへの出展企業

３.個人情報の任意性について
個人情報を提供していただくことは任意によるもので、何ら強制するものではありません。ただし、個人情報を提供いただけない場合には、利用目的に記載された本サービスを受けられない場合がありますのでご了承ください。

４.保有個人データの開示等について
利用目的の通知、開示（第三者提供記録の開示を含む）、内容の訂正、追加又は削除、利用の停止、消去及び第三者への提供の停止（以下「開示等」といいます）については、以下の問合せ窓口にお申出ください。お申出があった場合は、ご本人確認とご請求内容等が必要になりますので、当社指定の必要書類にご記入の上、お申出いただきます。

5.個人データの安全管理措置について
当社は、個人データについて、漏えい、滅失又は毀損(以下「漏えい等」といいます)の防止等、その管理のために必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。具体的な安全管理措置についてお知りになりたい場合は、以下の問合せ窓口にお申出ください。

Pasona Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") handles personal information as follows when implementing the HYOGO’S COMPANY EXHIBITION Management Project for foreigners (hereinafter referred to as the “Project") entrusted by Hyogo Prefecture.

1. Purpose of Use
Personal information acquired by the Company in the Project will be used for the following purposes.
1) HYOGO’S COMPANY EXHIBITION (hereinafter referred to as the "HYOGO’S COMPANY EXHIBITION") held by the Project. Provision of services such as acceptance of participation, correspondence at the time of participation, follow-up after participation, etc.
2) Contact, guidance, etc. related to the Project.
3) Acceptance, correspondence, and management of various inquiries.
4) Provision of personal information as described in "2. Provision to Third Parties" below.
In addition, if the personal information is to be used for purposes other than the above, we will notify you of the purpose in advance and obtain consent of the person in question.

2. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The personal information you provide may be provided to third parties as follows:

① It will be provided to Hyogo Prefecture, which is the sponsor of the Project.
1) Purpose of provision: To operate the Company's Project and to report on the results and achievements related to the Project, to provide information on the Project and other matters related to the Project by Hyogo Prefecture, and to compile statistics related to the Project by Hyogo Prefecture.
2) Means or method of provision: By e-mail or in a written document.
3) Items of personal information to be provided: Name, address, and other items provided necessary to achieve the purpose of the provision.
4) Type and attributes of the organization of the recipient: Consignment of the Project
5) Contract regarding the handling of personal information: Yes

② IIt will be provided to companies exhibiting at the HYOGO’S COMPANY EXHIBITION (hereinafter referred to as "Exhibiting Companies").
1) Purpose of provision: To provide information on internship events held by Exhibiting Companies, how to apply for jobs, etc.
2) Means or method of provision: Provided by electromagnetic means such as the Company's system.
3) Items of personal information to be provided: Name, address, and other items provided necessary to achieve the purpose of the provision.
4) Type and attributes of the organization of the recipient: Exhibiting Companies at the HYOGO’S COMPANY EXHIBITION.

3. Voluntary nature of personal information
The provision of personal information is voluntary and not compulsory in any way. However, please note that if you do not provide your personal information, you may not be able to receive the Service described in the purpose of use.

4. Disclosure of Retained Personal Data
For notification of the purpose of use, disclosure (including disclosure of records of provision to third parties), correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure, etc."), please contact the following inquiry desk.
