参加するときの服装は自由ですか？
Are there any dress code?

会場では、企業の人事担当者とお話しすることになりますので、ジーパン・Ｔシャツなどカジュアルな服装は避けてください。スーツの着用は必須ではありません。

No. Suits are not required. However, Jeans and T-shirt should be avoided, since you may talk with HR in the event.

参加申し込みが完了しているか確認したいのですが。
I’d like to confirm if my application for participation has been processed.

当日は何をもっていけばよいですか？
What should I bring on the day of the event?

筆記用具とQRコードが必要です。当日は、完了通知メールリンク先のQRコードを印刷、または、スマートフォン等に表示したものをスクリーンショットを撮っていただき受付と各企業ブースでご提示ください。
履歴書は特に必要がございませんが、企業提出用によろしければお持ちください。

Stationary and QR code are necessary. Please take a screenshot of the QR code in advance. On the day of your visit, display the QR code on your smartphone screen or print it out and show it to the reception staff at each company booth. 　It is not necessary to bring printed CV however, if you have one, please submit it in receptionist on the day.

いつ参加してもいいですか？
When can I participate?

受付時間は10:45～15:30 です。1社でも多くの企業から情報を得るためにできるだけ余裕をもってお越しください。

Reception opens from 10:45 till 15:30. Please give yourself a plenty of time to see around as many companies as possible and gather related information for your job-hunting in Japan.

会場にコピー機・インターネット環境はありますか？
Are copy machines or internet access available at the venue?

いいえ。ありませんので、あらかじめ必要なものはご準備ください。

No. Please prepare the materials that you think necessary in advance.

説明会は日本語、それとも英語？
Will the job briefing be held in English or Japanese?

多くの企業は日本語での説明となります。

Most companies will hold their sessions in Japanese.

予約したがキャンセルをしたい。
